1. Who we are

AlgoSpells is provided by Giulio Lippini Nesti, P.IVA 04702200405, Via Cornacchiara 75, 47030 Forli-Cesena (FC), Italy ("we", "us"). Contact: admin@algospells.io.

2. Scope

These terms apply to your use of this website and the AlgoSpells waitlist. Access to the AlgoSpells application may be governed by additional terms that we will show you before you start using it.

3. The service

AlgoSpells is a software tool that lets you describe a trading strategy in plain language and uses AI to turn it into an algorithm you can test, refine and automate. It does not provide financial advice and does not trade on your behalf unless you choose to connect and run an algorithm yourself. Please read our Disclaimer.

4. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and does not guarantee access to AlgoSpells. You agree to provide accurate details. You can ask to be removed at any time by writing to admin@algospells.io.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful purposes.

6. Intellectual property

The AlgoSpells name, logo, website and software are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.

7. Liability

The website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses or for indirect damages arising from your use of the website or of strategies you build. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and the courts of your place of residence are competent.
